Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Goyal Designers, we follow a clear and strict policy due to the nature of wholesale B2B business.
No Return / No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Unsold stock
- Color difference
- Design preference
- Size or fitting issues
Wholesale orders are placed with full understanding of product specifications.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Returns or replacements will be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A clear box opening video is provided
- Complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Claims without box opening video will be rejected.
Inspection & Approval
- All claims are verified internally
- Goyal Designers reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after inspection
- Approved claims may be resolved through replacement or refund
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after claim approval
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for approved defective or incorrect items
- Replacement depends on stock availability
Important Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Labels and tags must be intact
- Any claim raised after 24 hours will not be entertained
