Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Goyal Designers, we follow a clear and strict policy due to the nature of wholesale B2B business.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unsold stock

  • Color difference

  • Design preference

  • Size or fitting issues

Wholesale orders are placed with full understanding of product specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Returns or replacements will be considered only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • A clear box opening video is provided

  • Complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without box opening video will be rejected.

Inspection & Approval

  • All claims are verified internally

  • Goyal Designers reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after inspection

  • Approved claims may be resolved through replacement or refund

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after claim approval

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for approved defective or incorrect items

  • Replacement depends on stock availability

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Labels and tags must be intact

  • Any claim raised after 24 hours will not be entertained
